Is  an almuni of DU at CENTRAL INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION , a commisioned NCC officer , a yoga trained &  basketball Instructor , a writer , singer ,  playwright &  a promoter of theatre in education  She  has rendered  more than four decades of highly dedicated service to school education as a teacher, Principal & Director of premium schools of Delhi , India. Her focus has been  to prepare children for success in life; hence  life skills , values & self- confidence are the core ideologies of her curriculum planning . Designing curriculum for holistic development is her forte. A well acclaimed education leader who worked with a crusader’s zeal to advocate & introduce child- friendly policies & curriculum reforms at National level in association with  CBSE, NCERT, COBSE , MHRD , NHRC , NIEPA. Several Initiatives of her have changed the lives of millions  of school children  across India. She has written & presented several  papers ; written & directed an educational  film for DD She is the receipient of many prestigious awards &  recognition, including LIFE TIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD recently for children’s develpoment & welfare initiatives.
